kyun main jaagoo

I dont know why my choices are just out of this world. I somehow liked Patiala House and Akshay Kumar in it. He was just so adorable, am not an Akshay fan in general though.

Akshay is convincing in his character and is able to emote all the scenes. Good actor is who can make you cry/feel angry/laugh with him. I still remember the scene where he is dancing with Rishi kapoor on the song"mere ghar ki kudiya" he looks just perfect, a mix of emotion of respecting his dad, still the yearning of cricket in his dreams.

Now I want to talk about the song "kyun main jaagoo" First of all the music and lyrics are just class apart. The singer Shafqat Amanat Ali adds magic to this. I have listened to this song at least a 1000 times and cant get enough of it. Akshay does a commendable job to complete the circle. How I wish there were more songs like this..

Love you Aniva Dutt for lyrics, Shankar Ehsaan Loy for music, Amanat Ali for vocals and Akshay kumar for this song..God bless you all..

value for money

Something strange happened today. I was speaking to a friend today and realised that people pay so much attention to where the money is going. For instance I live very nearby to my office and still I come by a personal auto and pay almost 50-60 rupees whereas I have friends who come by shared transport and pay only some 5 rupees. So I take out the difference it is, atleast 40*2=80 per day which comes out to atleast 1600 rupees in a month that I come to office for 20 days. Thats a lot of money. I need to focus to where my money goes as at the end of the day, a penny saved is penny earned. When the means are limited, you need to optimise for the best results..

Frustration

I work for a news network and am a part of the revenue team, sales if you want to call it grossly. Now I am one of those people who just love to work, like an intoxication.

I can not sit and crib on things around. But am surrounded by people who will just go on and on and on. For example when you close a deal, you of course feel good, but thats about it. Lets not bask in the glory and be smug about it. Move on. I hate when people come to office and start shouting for water, tea, snacks, then chat about winters/summers, then chat about the paucity of resources/amenities, then order food, eat it and then crib about the bad/good taste, then shout to the supporting people on things not done, then shout for tea/snacks then chat on clothes/travel places/shopping, do 100000 calls to friends and family and then sharp at 6 , run from the office as if they are being chased by some policemen.

I want some peace. Lets just stop spreading the negativity and work .. kaam karo yaar..
